First and foremost, I was born and raised in a small town in Virginia. Current population is 231 residents. So my love for serving small town communities is in my blood.
As a helper at heart, I started my career working with the US Atlantic Naval Fleet while an intern at Ericsson Communications. While working at Ericsson, I completed my Associates Degree in Marketing, then transferred to Virginia Tech as a Marketing Education major.
With extensive experience in the recruitment process, my skill set allows me to connect people and organizations with precision. I specialize in sourcing ideal candidates for specific roles and onboarding them into their new positions while providing training and mentorship along the way.
